Last night she ate quite a bit, pork steak, three chicken legs and a half a sleeve of Ritz crackers. I swear since she been sick, the only dog food she'll eat are the Senior Milk Bones!
Welcome to my blog! Thanks for taking the time to read my beading updates. We greatly appreciate your time and support. http://adeliasbeadcloset.ecrater.com/

So, we bought this cancer medicine from Canada from http://www.petwellbeing.com/ called ES CLEAR. Then we bought the ADULT brand of the Milk bones specially designed for older dogs. Well, she's been taken the medicine for a week now. Her tumor has reduced, based entirely on the amount of snot coming out her nose. I know it's gross, but Jean would send me an email because I can't spell "solely"
Anyway, Sunday we realized she acts like she hasn't slept in days because of her breathing. The tumor is on the roof of her mouth and pressing the sinus. Pretty much making her
breathing as difficult as mine. If you don't know me personally, I always sound like I have a cold. I don't, i'm allergic to cats and Luz has MANY of them!!
On Sunday we got her a cake! Her birthday is April 16th. Based upon Sunday's performance.
Well, Monday, she slept like a rock, found her way into a bedroom. The medicine and cookies kicked in. So on Monday night she ate her favorite Fried shrimp, cheeseburgers and I was a little strict, I didn't make shrimp eggrolls!
SO she begged and begged and begged. She got fried shrimp.

Now we have our dog back! Man is she picky!!

While several of our customers and others are taking care of their aging parents, we've been lucky to have Krystal for almost 13 years. In April she will turn 13.
We had another scare last week, the vet suggested she had a tumor on her palette. As a precaution, he gave her some antibiotics and yesterday we thought she wasn't getting any better when we brought he back to the vet. On Sunday all she did was sleep and seemed confused and wouldn't eat.
This time we had a surgeon look at it and after 10 days of antibiotics, to her, it looks like it's an ulcerated ulcer or infection and not cancerous. We had prepared ourselves to have her put to sleep, but she's home and ate like a teenager last night. Sandwich steaks, shrimp, scallops, eggs and cheese. How do you get your 140# baby to eat her medicine? Guess she was tired of fried eggs and cheese.
On Thursday am, we have a follow up visit to get the results of her blood work. I'll keep you posted!

Pearls never go out of style - they are always a classy and traditional wardrobe accessory that will never disappoint you. But this year they are a "front and center" fashion statement! So with more people in the market for pearls now is a good time for some "pearl talk."
The pearl has always been a rather prim and proper piece of jewelry - classic and seeped in tradition. Well things they are a changing! The pearl is has had a very glamorous make over! Yes, the classic strand still exists as it always will. But we warned we are seeing some vary daring looks from the pearl this season. Extra long lengths, tasseled multi strands, pearls with semi precious stone accents, pearls on gold or silver chains. The pearl has been transformed into a fun and fashionable accessory.
So if you're going to be in the market for pearls this year here is what you should know.
The opera length necklace simply never disappears from the fashion scene. They measure 36" or longer and they can be worn as a long single lean line, doubled up, tied in a knot, wherever the moment takes you. These long strands are terrific for dressing up a pair of jeans or semi casual look.
This season for first time, we are seeing pearls mixed with colored gems such as Amethyst, Peridot, or Topaz. They compliment each other nicely - pearls with their soft and subtle shades mixed with semi precious gems with their vibrant and bold color. Picture it - what a fashion statement!
· Pearls mixed with silver is also new this season. Long silver chain dangle earrings accented with pearls, or freshwater droplets set on silver.
· This season the pearl is all about the color. Pearls are available in many hues but this season the "hot spot" is "lavender" and the lavender family ranging from pale iris to plum.
Remember when you freshen your wardrobe for the spring, freshen your jewelry too and Make Your Fashion Statement!
